Task 7 - Top 10 camera shots for a Thriller genre
Bird eye/eye level:
This could be used in a thriller to create suspension for the audience as you can see their facial expressions.
Close up
This could be used to create suspension and you watch what the characters are doing or maybe thinking/feeling.
Tracking shot
This is normally used to show the audience that the characters are being followed or watched.
Over the shoulder shot
This is used to definitely build tension as you watch the film, while watching the character.
Tilted angle
This is used in a way of you to feel like you're a victim yourself on the floor.
Extreme long shot

Hand held camera shots
This gives it a more personal feel like you are connected with the characters
Point of view shot
This also gives the audience a more personal feel like you're there with them
Zoom
This can build tension as they focus on an action or a persons face.
All of these shots are ones that I found, and I think that they would all fit in well with my opening. I think that by using all of these it will show off my skills I could learn to have with the camera.
